Approving equipment after delivery

Your 72-hour inspection window and how to use it.

The inspection window

When the carrier confirms delivery, a 72-hour inspection window opens on your order. During it, the seller's payout stays on hold.

Use the time to actually test the gear:

  • Power it on and run it the way you intend to use it.
  • Check every channel, input, output, and connector.
  • Compare what arrived against the listing description and photos.
  • Confirm the accessories and included items are all there.

Approving

If the item is as described, approve it from the order page. That releases the payout to the seller immediately and closes the window early.

If something is wrong

Open a dispute from the order before the window ends. See Opening a dispute.

If you do nothing

When the window ends without an approval and without a dispute, the order is treated as accepted and the payout is released to the seller.
