Setting up shipping on a listing
How rates are calculated and what you need to provide.
Where rates come from
Shipping is quoted from your store's origin address and the package dimensions and weight on the listing. Accurate dimensions matter: an underestimated box produces a quote that does not cover the real cost.
Oversized and heavy items
Large or heavy pieces fall outside normal parcel carriage and are handled as freight rather than being quoted like a parcel. Where an item is too big for parcel shipping, the listing handles it accordingly rather than offering a rate that no carrier would honour.
Your responsibility as a seller
You ship every order yourself and provide tracking. Confirmed delivery is what starts the buyer's inspection window, so tracking is not optional — it is the mechanism that eventually releases your payout.
